This Privacy Policy explains how Spores Rewards collects, uses, and protects information when customers use the Spores Rewards program and customer application.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide to us, including your name, mobile phone number, email address, preferred store, rewards account information, marketing preferences, and information related to eligible purchases, Spores Cash, redemptions, returns, and rewards activity.

How we use information

We use information to create and maintain your Spores Rewards account, authenticate account access, maintain rewards balances and transaction history, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and operate and improve the rewards program. If you separately choose to receive marketing communications, we may also use your contact information for those communications according to your selections.

Account authentication

Spores Rewards currently uses email and password for customer account authentication. Your phone number may be stored on your rewards profile but is not used for login verification.

SMS marketing consent

Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is separate from account authentication and is optional. Choosing not to receive promotional messages does not prevent you from using Spores Rewards authentication or participating in the rewards program.

Mobile information and consent

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We may use service providers to operate technical functions such as authentication, communications, hosting, security, and data processing on our behalf. These providers may process information only as needed to provide those services, subject to applicable agreements and safeguards.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect customer information. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the rewards program, maintain transaction and audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our services.

Your choices

You may update eligible account preferences in the Spores Rewards application. Promotional SMS and email preferences are maintained separately. For SMS assistance, reply HELP. To stop promotional SMS messages, reply STOP.
