These Terms & Conditions govern participation in Spores Rewards and use of the customer rewards application.

Spores Rewards program

Spores Rewards allows participating customers to maintain a rewards account, view eligible rewards activity, and use Spores Cash subject to the program rules presented by Spores. Program features, eligible transactions, offers, and availability may change from time to time as permitted by law.

Account authentication

Customer accounts currently use email and password authentication. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

Marketing messages

Promotional SMS consent is separate and optional. Creating or using a Spores Rewards account does not by itself enroll a customer in promotional SMS marketing. If promotional messaging is offered, message and data rates may apply.

Help and opt-out

HELP: Reply HELP for help with SMS messaging or use the customer service contact methods published by Spores.

STOP: Reply STOP to opt out of applicable recurring promotional SMS messages.

Delivery

Wireless carriers and messaging networks may delay or fail to deliver messages for reasons outside our control. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a mobile number you are authorized to use and for maintaining the security of your account and verification codes. Do not share one-time passcodes with unauthorized persons.

Privacy

Our handling of customer information is described in the Spores Rewards Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the Spores Rewards program or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
